Air Supply is planning an ultra romantic musical voyage next fall—and you’re invited!

In celebration of their 35th year as a duo, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock are creating “the ultimate fan experience” with a seven-day Caribbean cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s “Liberty Of The Seas” October 31-November 7, 2010.

The 80’s hitmakers, who are set to release their highly anticipated Odds On Records debut Mumbo Jumbo early in the year, invites devoted fans and special guests to join them for this spectacular week onstage and at sea.

The ship sets sail from Miami for three spectacular ports of call: St. Maarten, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Royal Caribbean’s private island.

“Rather than just having a fan club meeting at a hotel to commemorate this very special anniversary, we thought a cruise to the Caribbean would be much more exciting,” says Graham Russell.

Russell Hitchcock adds, “We would love all of our fans to come and share this occasion with us, along with some very special musical guests. This will be a once in a lifetime experience and we want to see you there!”

The duo will perform two shows during the week and host concerts featuring special guests *Christopher Cross, John Waite and others each night of the excursion. There will also be a Halloween party opening night, and fans are invited to wear costumes!

During the days at sea, there will be a variety of exclusive events to keep everyone excited and offer fans a sense of intimacy with the duo that they can’t find anywhere else. These include autograph sessions, intimate Q&As and get-togethers with fans and other special surprise activities.

AIR SUPPLY RETURNS TO NEW YORK CITY FOR A RARE IN-STORE PERFORMANCE

AND AUTOGRAPH SIGNING AT J&R MUSIC AUGUST 26 AT 6PM TO CELEBRATE THE RELEASE OF 'FREE LOVE' AND 'THE SINGER AND THE SONG'

WHO: The 80’s hit making duo AIR SUPPLY (www.airsupplymusic.com), fresh off their international spring tour to exotic destinations including Australia, Central America and Asia (Hong Kong, Tapei, Singapore), is NYC-bound for a performance and autograph signing at J&R Music store on Aug. 26. J&R Music store has hosted live shows for artists including Beyoncé, Chaka Khan, KORN, and Stephen Marley to name a few. The trademark sound of Russell Hitchcock's soaring tenor and Graham Russell's simple yet majestic songs created a unique sound forever known as, Air Supply. From their initial 1975 meet at rehearsal for Jesus Christ Superstar in Sydney an instant friendship formed leading to their own performances and a recording contract. Signed to Arista Records in 1980 "Lost In Love" became the fastest selling single in the world followed by "All Out of Love" which became even a bigger hit. Seven top ten singles later Air Supply, at that time, equaled the Beatles run of consecutive top five singles. The albums, "Lost In Love", "The One That Loves You", "Now and Forever", and "The Greatest Hits", sold in excess of 20 million copies. World wide touring and multi-million plays on the radio solidified Air Supply as a permanent force in modern music. Air Supply were trail blazers on the tour front being the first pop music group allowed to tour China and Taiwan. South America has also been covered as were countless other countries which led to "The Earth Is" selling over a million copies outside of the US alone. This project was followed by the CD "The Vanishing Race" and singles "Goodbye" and "It's Never Too late" with multi-platinum success.
